Okay, last panel. I really really like the suggestion of moving hair. It's subtle, and makes it real... er... umm... more realistic, at least in terms of the setting. The fact that Sarah's hair is slightly mussed, and the ends are trying to escape is a genuine experience of mine (although I've never been trapped on a roof by a would-be psychopath and vaguely in need of rescue by a tight-pant... tight-pants... what was I saying?). Anyway. PLUS her expression is that of a friend who is still concerned for the other, but beginning to be a bit worried for herself, and trying to figure out where she went wrong in her efforts. Oh, and concerned about how this is going to blow up.

But not really worried for her own personal safety. Sheesh. She really does have a Champion / saving people thing. Especially since she might blame herself (slightly) for Erik's choice of this moment & situation to react very very poorly.

/on the re-read because if I let myself focus on real life, the happy emotions won't let me sleep!
