In which a grandaughter talks to an anthropomorphic personification talks to a colleague talks to her brother, and two nightmare creatures with an eye motif hit it off.
On reflection < <<< SANDMAN SPOILER >>>> that really coulda oughtta've been Daniel... but wibblywobblytimeywimey.
And for those among you who are a little lost and have yet to read Neil Gaiman's The Sandman epic graphic novels of awesome - that guy with the mussy hair is Morpheus/Dream, with lordship over all that entails, and the disturbing fellow in the last panel with teeth in his eyes is a nightmare called the Corinthian. His schtick is cutting out his victims' eyes, placing them in his own mini-mouth-like eye sockets, "seeing" as they did briefly, then chomping down. Om nom nom.
And that's the Pale Man safely exiled away from the Building, and new shenanigans may commence.

Oh my god, I almost squeed seeing Death and Dream show up. And that last panel somehow manages to be the cutest thing. Pale Man and Corinthian as best bros will be my forever headcanon now.
