O_O Ack. Maybe some day I'll finish this as smoothly illustration-like as I'd wish, but that day is not today.

- Erik and Francoeur jamming a little funky music together, with an Aristocat listening in.

- Arsène being one of those "hey hey look at this cool video" guys (or not able to lay off on planning new plots) at the fancy café with Raoul and Christine, who is gladly catching up on things with the man once known as Edmond Dantès, and Haydée. (Influenced by French telefilm version with Gérard Depardieu - while I'm no fan of his butt-nose, he brought a lot of presence to the role).

- Azi and Crowley at an unprepossessing but very yummy little restaurant in the Marais. Random order-to-go guy is a trifle surprised by them eating en terasse while the weather is Not Warm, but the angels aren't too bothered by such physiological trifles.

- Aaaaand Jareth being a mopey poseur glowering ominously.

There's not many that can mope the way Jareth can... and the fact that he is alone and not sucking ANYBODY into his mood shows just how upset he feels. Yeah, he's quite the Hey-lookit-me-I'm-emoting kind of guy... except for when it REALLY matters. (I'm also thinking of The Conversation here.)

*sigh*

Oh yea! You love Un Monstre a Paris too! Francoeur and Erik would get along well I think, if Erik didn't think first that Franc was a, grossly exaggerated in height and slightly toned down in intensity, version of him. Ah, Az, aren't Parisian cafes just charming? And Jareth, I am so jealous that you get to see the Rue de la Cite from the top of Notre Dame Cathedral and I don't!

I don't think Pika has. Also, the Ile de la Cite, which Jareth can see from the top of Notre Dame, is something I've actually stood on. I went on a trip to France and saw the Western entrance of Notre Dame in Paris.

I have to ask...do you like Sandman? I see a slight similarity in your portrayal of Jareth and some of the renditions of Morpheus. Totally addicted to this masterpiece of yours by the way :D
