Yes, that is Christine in the final two panels (her hair looks darker because it is wet) and no, that's not Raoul she heard. DUN-DUN-DUUUUUN.

And Heaven's field agents have just gotten a tech upgrade, although the point is made, once again, that the Fae are outside their jurisdiction. And wee cultural bonus joke: the Marais area in Paris... it's pretty fabulous. ;)
