Huh. I think Javert doesn't really like Jareth...

This might require me fielding a few points:

- WTF is with Javert? Well, for the hell of a change I drew him as played by John Malkovich, in the French TV serial adaptation of Les Mis, in which he was rather awesome and that I do recommend.

- WTF does that title mean? It's French for "Aren't the police doing anything?!", and is the sort of expression used by nervous old dears and table-thumping louts to express their concern at The Terrible State of Things Nowadays.
It seemed mildly amusing and appropriate.

- ... I realise that having the Goblin King say "Up yours copper" is a trifle OOC - but oh, just imagine it in Bowie's London accent.

Ah well, so much for the rule of law in the building. The girls are just going to have to deal with their respective little problems themselves...
