A throwaway comment on the previous page kinda developped. As did a wee visual Easter Egg of "Sarah coming round to the idea of dating Jareth starts wearing a leather jacket, as is standard gear for spunky female protags with supernatural entanglements". You can go back and check if you like.

(Jareth had most likely noticed and ... pine-apples. Sophie also, probably, is exactly that kind of book trope savvy.)

(and can I just say that if anyone tweets this at Seanan Mcguire - HI - I'm sure she and other Urban Fantasy writers know that this is the most loving of jabs.)
