Elf in a bottleby *Pika-la-Cynique

A little request doodle from the days of the OFUM Yahoo Group.
Someone had come across a badfic where the author thought Legolas needed a cool second name, and came up with Evian. Legolas Evian Greenleaf.
The mind boggles.
So that's where this little silly comes from; it's a few years old; but it a chibi Elf prince in a bottle was an incredibly endearing notion.
