Hello folks,

Two wee notes re: GND right now. Firstly, and :evillaugh: and thanks at all the lovely lovely feedback and people getting invested in latest story twist. It's been a delight to watch reactions and debates.
Second point of order, sorry to say, Louisa and I are a tad behind on the page due this week; update tomorrow at very best. Apologies.

Aaand speaking of Louisa and the wonderful work she does, now might be the time to say how the MMORPG she and her studio have been working on for a long time has been greenlit and is now available on Steam. Eldevin is all classic fantasy RPG goodness, completely free to play, and full of Louisa's gorgeous visuals, so anyone into that sort of thing should definitely go check em out, or like their fb page, and generally be supportive! I was privy to certain behind-the-scenes tales and I have to point out that Louisa spent some time fighting tooth and nail against various ridiculous bikini armour female chara designs and deserves all the kudoses for that. :)

Me, I'm starting up volume 3 of Alyssa, The One With The School Trip (to London), so yay for contracted work continuing. I've also been working on a short 9-page story based on a historical character and set in 1830s Lyon, for a local publishing collective. Experimenting with traditional inking again, HAHA HA eek. I'll post some of that here soon. My story involves a lackadaisical* local cop being partnered up with a rather more fanatical and suspicious-minded political agent from Paris on a mission to keep a very beady eye on the workers' collectives and dissident royalist branches (I gorged on research, and have a local university history lecturer to help :) ), and so the latter is basically Javert. :D

cheers all.

(* Yes I am watching 'Gotham', and yes I know/love/follow/own vol.1 of Lackadaisy Cats)

Thanks, but goodness, I don't think there's much method to it....

I second this idea!

Thank you for respecting Jareth as a character enough to depict him in a way that may not always appeal to us readers. :) This is just one of the few reasons why you and all your work is such quality work.

I agree! I actually fell in love with him as that type of character so I like seeing him on this end.

I heard about a Labyrinth sequel a year ago (I iz not obsessed!) and they are planning to do Jim Hensons original idea. But it is not in production. A sequel for Dark crystal is also being planned. FOREVER WAITING

Also did you know Labyrinth original script by Terry Jones had a much better ending, (at least Sarah would think so lol)
Yasuko Takasu (Fangirling) [V1]
I just skimmed through it (Reading all of the ending though) Not bad :) Don't know how I feel about everything but what I do love is Jareth being left to whine the way way she had the whole time. Because in many ways, Jareth is so much like a child and Sarah kind of had to learn to mature past him in order to beat him.
I saw like two or three comments about the Labyrinth sequel here so I looked it up but some sources were saying it was true while others were saying it wasn't. WHAT DO I BELIEVE???? Help me people! Am I to geek out or not?

So, I heard that there's a Labyrinth sequel in development by the Jim Henson Company.

I saw this and thought of Labyrinth:…
And then thought of you and Ashe, because.
